
Sorbet ice cream with tea
Linda Myrberg 2 tsp Detox tea, Vitamin C tea or Berry tea
1 cup boiling water
0.5 dl cold water
0.5 dl Sugar
0.5 dl Lemon juice
Do this:
Add the tea to 1 dl of boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea and add the sugar. Mix until the sugar has dissolved in the water. When it has cooled completely, mix in the lemon juice and 1 dl of cold water. Let cool for 1 hour. Pour the tea mixture into a container and freeze for at least 1 hour or until it has solidified.
