Linda Myrberg is the founder behind the philosophy and authentic brand, with over 25 years of experience in holistic health. As a trained acupuncturist and spa consultant, she specializes in concept development, sauna rituals and Nordic wellness traditions.
Linda strongly believes that "everything is energy" and believes that the key to reduced stress and well-being is to give the body and soul the right conditions. When the body is in balance, it has a natural ability to heal itself. With her many years of experience as a spa consultant and expert in wellness traditions such as sauna and winter bathing, Linda combines these worlds into unique products and treatments.
