
Collagen Blissballs
Linda Myrberg Ingredients for about 15 balls
10 dates
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
3 tablespoons strong, cool coffee
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp Collagen Premium+
1/2 cup soy/almond/rice milk
1 pinch sea salt
Do this:
Mix all ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Form into evenly sized balls. Make small ones, as they are thick and will make more balls. Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with RED powder or flowers, coconut, cocoa, pistachios, etc. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours. You can also store the balls in the freezer, and take them out a while before serving. If you are allergic to any of the seeds, they can of course be replaced.
