The face

Use the two smaller cups. Start at the nose and move the cup towards the ears and down the neck. For the forehead and cheeks, move the cup upwards and outwards in sweeping movements.

Use the smallest cup around the eyes to drain fluid and reduce dark circles.

The body

The larger cups are used on the body. Press the cup against the skin and release to create a vacuum. Move it in slow circular or sweeping motions over the arms, legs, stomach and back.

For cellulite, focus on areas like thighs and buttocks.

Finishing

Clean the cups thoroughly with soap and water after use.
