Not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Today we have a hard time finding time to be healthy, it is especially difficult to prioritize ourselves, or it becomes too complicated.
Creating "a little health every day" gives big results in the long run. My goal is to show what effects nutritious food, natural beauty care, sauna baths, regular exercise and the right thoughts can have on body & soul in a simple way!

How are you feeling?


Nothing can heal in stress
You can't trust your thoughts, only your feelings. Our feelings tell us through our "gut feeling" whether you are following the right path. Most of the time we don't listen and act rationally.
But if you suffer from various symptoms such as headaches, pain, discomfort, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, stomach problems, etc., it is the body's way of signaling imbalance.
It's all about energy. Emotional, physical or mental stress, for too long, negatively affects your body and can create imbalance.
Start first thing in the morning and have a Natural Remedy, cup of tea or something else and sit with yourself.

- Think about whether you can really change it or just need to change your attitude. Sometimes you worry unnecessarily (93% of all worries don't happen..)

Create circulation in the body
Once you have slept and all your systems and hormones have worked during the night, you need to move your body to create circulation and get your body fluids moving.
You can think of rolling on all the moving joints from head to toe. Head, shoulders, spine, hips and knees. Stretch in all directions and take deep breaths to oxygenate yourself with new wonderful energy. All body fluids and the lymphatic system need to get going and the blood oxygenates your muscles and organs.

Sleep routine for hormone balance
Calming your nervous system before bed is a good foundation for a good night's sleep. Our hormones regenerate during the night, so you don't want to be stressed before bed.
Take a few minutes in the evening and write down three things you are grateful for in a book by your bedside. Warm a cup of tea to soothe your stomach with hearty herbs that promote digestive health.
Take a warm shower or bath with essential oils in it. Put your phone on flight mode.
Place your hands on your stomach and take deep breaths through your nose. Inhale and count to 3, exhale and count to 6. Repeat 3 times.
