
Red chia pudding for more energy
Linda MyrbergA lovely red chia pudding for yourself or someone you love, with the flavor and energy of red berries!
You will need for one bowl:
- 1 tsp Lingonberry Raw Juice
- 1 tsp Red - lingonberries, red currants, cranberries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1.5 dl water
- 0.5 dl plant-based milk
- Coconut flakes
- Banana
Mix chia and water, let stand for about 30 minutes (take a brisk walk while you wait). Mix in Red powder and stir well. Slice some banana and add a layer, which you then top with coconut flakes. Fill with milk of your choice. Drizzle over Lingon Raw Juice. Enjoy! Use honey if you want for a sweeter alternative in the "pudding".
