Step 1: Moisten the skin with warm water.

Step 2: Take a small amount of scrub and massage in using circular motions, starting at the ankles and working upwards towards the heart. Continue with hands, arms, stomach and back.

Step 3: Finish with your feet and give some extra love to dry areas like elbows, knees and heels.

Step 4: Rinse off with warm water. Avoid soap afterwards – let the beneficial oils absorb into the skin and nourish it deeply.

Repeat 2-3 times a week for silky, radiant and healthy skin.

The larger cups are used on the body. Press the cup against the skin and release to create a vacuum. Then slowly move the cup in circular or sweeping motions over the arms, legs, stomach and back.

For cellulite – focus on areas like thighs and buttocks.

The face:

Use the two smaller cups. Start at the nose and pull the cup towards the ears and down the neck.

For forehead and cheeks, pull upwards and outwards in gentle sweeping movements.

Use the smallest cup around the eyes to drain fluid and reduce dark circles.
