
Pancakes with Red- Lingonberry, Cranberry & Red Currant

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 6 dl Milk
- 2.5 dl Wheat flour
- 0.5 dl tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
Toppings:
- Red Berry Powder
- Whipped cream
Do this:
Recipe for about 4 people. Beat the eggs in a bowl with half the milk. Add the flour and beat until smooth. Then beat in the rest of the milk and salt. Melt the butter and mix. Heat a pan on medium heat, and fry in a little butter. Place the pancakes on a plate. Add a dollop of whipped cream or chasew cream. Top with Red Berry powder for an extra boost of vitamins and fiber!
