
GREEN Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Green Nordic Superfood Powder
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 Carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 large bunch of parsley
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach (or frozen spinach)
- 1 Yellow onion
- 3 cups Vegetable broth
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup Cheese (of your choice)
- 3 tbsp Natural Yogurt
- A mixture of Natural seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
Here's how:
- Prepare the vegetables : Cook all the vegetables in a large saucepan until tender.
- Blend : Once the vegetables are soft, use a blender or hand blender to blend them to a smooth soup consistency.
- Add broth & seasoning : Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve : Ladle the soup into bowls and top with cheese, yogurt and a sprinkling of seeds for a crunchy finish.
