
Granola with blue berry powder

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Blue Berry Powder
- 6 dl Oatmeal
- 2 dl Sunflower seeds
- 1 dl Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 2 tsp Fiber Husk
- 5 Dates
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Date Syrup
- 1.5 dl cooked Quinoa
- 1 pinch of salt
Do this:
Set the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the dates into pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven. Stir halfway through, about 25-30 minutes. Remove the sheet and let cool completely so it crisps up. Enjoy!
