1 tbsp Collagen Premium+
1 Banana
1 Apple
1/2 Lemon
5-6 frozen spinach clumps
2 dl Water or Plant Milk
Do this: Mix everything in a blender. Season with a little licorice powder or cinnamon. Another cool tip is to save herbal tea that has cooled and pour it in!
