
Sea buckthorn ice cream

2 tsp Sea Buckthorn Raw Juice Concentrate
2 dl Water
1.5 dl Strawberries
1 cup Mango
Do this:
The recipe makes about 4 ice creams. Blend frozen strawberries in a blender. In a bowl: blend 2 tsp Sea Buckthorn raw juice with 2 dl cold water, and add to blended strawberries. Pour into ice cream mold. Blend frozen mango with the rest of the sea buckthorn raw juice. Finally, spoon the mango mix into the ice cream mold, and insert sticks. If you want it a little sweet, add honey. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy in the sun! ☀️🍦
