
Blue Chia Pudding

Recipe for 2 people:
1 tsp Nordic Superfood, Blue Berry powder
3 dl Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Oat milk
1 Banana, sliced
Mix chia seeds and oat milk and let it swell overnight. Mix half of the yogurt with the Blue Berry Powder. Layer in a jar with chia pudding, sliced banana, natural yogurt and berry yogurt. Enjoy!
