
Anti-aging smoothie
Myran LindbergIngredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp blueberry powder (blueberries, aronia berries, black currants)
1 tbsp Collagen Premium+
3 dl plant-based milk
1 orange
1 spoon MCT or coconut oil
Do this: Blend in a blender and top with nuts, seeds, banana or whatever you feel like!
Rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamin C (which helps the skin produce more collagen) and the marine collagen will boost your skin even more!
